Even more important than subject lines, showing up in the inbox.
Below I'm going to get into a few different topics regarding deliverability. My advice here is strictly based off my own experiences getting trapped in SPAM jail.
Domains are the most common issue for email delivery. They've either been improperly set up or blacklisted. An improper set up can lead to "the blacklist" just like sending a bunch of bad sales emails can lead to the blacklist.
The blacklist is not fun. Don't get blacklisted.
<aside> 💡 "The blacklist" is a group of websites that pull domains that have been flagged for suspicious email behavior. If you get on one of these blacklists, you'll quickly find your domain on other blacklists and your emails in SPAM.
I'll dive into what to do if that happens... but you're kind of hosed.

The most common issue is that how you send email isn't properly connected to your domain.
When you send an email, your recipient's email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) will look to see where the email came from. If your domain isn't properly connected, their email can't certify who the email came from. Spam filter has entered the chat.
Send enough emails with your domain improperly set up= Blacklist.
Check that your email and domain are properly connected by checking your DNS (domain naming system) for the proper connections.
The easiest way to do this: MxToolBox
